What this covers

These terms cover use of the profittracker.app marketing site and its public content, including the launch waitlist. Use of the paid product is governed by a separate customer agreement and Data Processing Agreement, which you'll see and accept before signing up as a customer.

Acceptable use

Don't scrape the site, attempt to circumvent security or rate limits, or use the waitlist signup to send spam to others. Don't use the site to break the law.

We reserve the right to block IP addresses, remove waitlist entries, and refuse service to anyone who breaches these rules.

Blog posts, articles, and other written content on this site are copyright ProfitTracker unless marked otherwise. You're welcome to quote short passages with attribution and a link back to the original. For longer reproductions, ask first.

Disclaimer

Marketing claims on this site are forward-looking statements about what ProfitTracker does or will do. The numbers shown in examples are typical of independent hotels we've modelled, not guarantees of what your hotel will see.

The site is provided as-is. We don't warrant that it will always be available or free of bugs. We do try our best.

Liability

To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the marketing site, including reliance on any forward-looking statement we make. Liability for the paid product is set out separately in the customer agreement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
